User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Vespral mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Eligibility

The App is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non‑commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

Purchases and Coins

• The App has no subscriptions.
• Optional purchases are limited to coins, a virtual item used to unlock certain content or features.
• Coins have no cash value, are non‑refundable and non‑transferable except where required by applicable law or the App Store policies.
• Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment information.

Content and Conduct

• Do not misuse the App, reverse engineer, or attempt to access it by automated means.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when using the App.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in the App. We only handle a generated User ID and your coins balance on device. Please review the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The App is not medical advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated this Agreement.

Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date above.
